Uokviravanje nacije i kolektivni identiteti. Politički rituali i kultura sjećanja na traume 20. stoljeća u Hrvatskoj
In the book, the strategy of framing the nation and collective identities from the top down and from the bottom up was implemented through the commemorative practices of events from the Second World War and the Homeland War in Croatia.
With a particular focus on media coverage of commemorative events and public opinion research, the book relies on interviews and observations of participants in commemorative celebrations, especially on speeches by members of political elites, opposition politicians and other social actors who support or challenge official narratives, such as Catholic Church officials, anti-fascist organizations and veterans' associations and associations of war victims.
