Smoky now leads a team of investigators hunting a new California monster. It's about a depraved serial killer who goes by the name "Jack Jr." and who believes he is a direct descendant of Jack the Ripper. After sending a video of his gruesome deed, Smoky wakes up from his lethargy and springs into action. Will he be able to find a clue? Can he enter the criminal mind of such a monster? Smoky accepts a morbid game where the stake is life or death.
