Oranica je rodila mene: zbornik Stipe Damjanovića

Milica Lukić, Mateo Žagar

This is a scientific and professional collection dedicated to Academician Stipe Damjanović, a prominent Croatian philologist and language historian.

The title “The Field Gave Birth to Me” has a symbolic meaning – it refers to roots, language and cultural heritage as the “soil” from which identity and scientific work grow. The collection brings analytical and interpretative texts that expand and build on Damjanović’s research, as well as personal reflections that testify to his influence on Croatian science and culture. In short, the book is a homage to Stipe Damjanović and a valuable contribution to the study of the Croatian language, literature and cultural tradition.
