Uvod u Peru K. (prošireno izdanje)

Pero Kvesić

Reissue of Pero Kvesić's cult book from 1976 with a new cover and good old stories.

With the same nonchalant ease with which he demolished the established socialist stereotypes about "working people and honest intelligentsia" in 1975, by describing his student drinking parties, parties and sexual escapades, he is today testifying to what the generation of our "fathers" really did. All the more so since the protagonists of the book are real people from the Zagreb journalistic and literary milieu, mostly hidden under pseudonyms, and so the pages of this collection of stories were paraded by Inoslav Bešker, Antun Vujić, Žarko Puhovski and many others. The time of the action is the 1970s, when a new and progressive atmosphere was slowly beginning to form in Zagreb, which a few years later would give rise to the musical New Wave, but also long-term influential newspapers, such as Polet or Start.
