Fr. James Manjackal was born in 1946 in Cheruvellju, Kottayam, in the state of Kerala in southern India, and was ordained a priest in 1973 in the Congregation of the Missionaries of St. Francis de Sales (M.S.F.S) in the South Western Province of India.
On his evangelistic journeys he has visited more than twenty countries on all continents, preaching at seminars, holding conventions and healing services, conducting evangelistic schools, and initiating missions among the Muslims of the Persian Gulf. Many people around the world support all his evangelistic works such as printing Bibles, booklets, prayer books, and the like, especially among the Muslims. Any help he receives is always used for evangelistic works.
