Martin's friend Lynn receives mysterious messages and calls from an unknown woman in her dreams. She turns to Martin for help and soon their journey takes them to Scotland, a country where they will meet no less than the ghost of an actress from the 1930s
The action begins when Martin and Java travel to an isolated hotel located on high cliffs, known for unusual disappearances of guests and creepy stories from the past. Local legend tells of a haunted place, where ghosts appear and people disappear without a trace.
Although skeptical at first, Martin soon realizes that unusual things are indeed happening at the hotel. Guests report strange visions, disappearances become more frequent, and the atmosphere becomes more and more spooky. As he investigates the origins of these phenomena, Martin discovers that the hotel harbors an ancient secret linked to experiments from the past and unknown forces that cannot be easily explained.
As the tension grows, Martin and Java come to the conclusion that behind everything is a forgotten technology or a phenomenon beyond human understanding. Faced with danger, they manage to uncover the truth and prevent further disappearances, but the true nature of the hotel on the cliff remains partially unexplained.
