Find out how the curse of Banica Zrinski's pearl necklace came about! Banica Katarina Zrinska had a bad feeling and used everything in her power to talk Ban Petar Zrinski's wife out of her trip to Vienna to negotiate with the Tsar. After Ban's departure, the greedy general Herberstein and his army enter the town of Ozalj to find evidence of treason and loot the surrounding noble villages. In order to protect the peasants, Banica Katarina goes to Zagreb, but on the way, General Herberstein's soldiers arrest her and steal her expensive pearl necklace. Many years later, Count Baćani, then the owner of the Ozalj manor, became the owner of the surrounding forests by decision of the Pest Chamber. In order to defend their forests, the peasants revolt.
