Es stellt die Theorie dar, dass die Hauptursache für Aggression und Krieg die übermäßige Größe ist, die zu übermäßiger Macht führt. Nach dieser Theorie ist Gewalt die (fast) unvermeidliche Konsequenz bei einer kritischen Dimension (Zahl der Machtgröße). Kohr nennt es die Theorie der Macht der Aggression oder die Theorie der Macht des sozialen Elends.
