Zagor LU #175: Dolaze Mohave
Zagor and Chico escort an amnesiac towards Saint Louis, but Mohave attacks and mysterious pursuers threaten their search for his identity.
Dolaze Mohave continues Zagor and Chico’s journey with David, a young man who has lost his memory and become the target of dangerous enemies. Their route towards Saint Louis crosses Kentucky’s prairies, where hostile Mohaves pose a threat alongside people whose intentions are harder to recognise.
New travelling companions join the stagecoach journey, while Doctor Ormond offers hope of restoring David’s memories. Discovering who David is could explain why he is being hunted, but approaching the answer does not mean reaching safety. His pursuers remain determined to prevent the truth from emerging.
Mauro Boselli combines western action with a crime mystery centred on lost identity. Uncertainty about allies, enemies and the meaning of fresh clues sustains the suspense. Protecting a vulnerable companion and uncovering the truth give the journey its purpose, while each encounter may alter the balance of power.
Alessandro Piccinelli illustrates the prairie landscapes, travellers and dramatic confrontations. This is the third instalment of the four-part adventure begun in Huroni and continued in Jednooki i njegova banda. The conclusion follows in Ludens #176, Mississippi.
