In the study, for the first time in our country, from the point of view of military theoretical thought, the basic characteristics of mineral raw materials are more comprehensively treated in detail and scientifically based, from the point of view of their strategic importance and scientific and technical progress of modern humanity, and the essential scale and consequences of the energy crisis in the world. The issues of mineral raw materials are discussed as part of the development of military theoretical thought, the content and importance of military mineral economy, and the connection and conditioning of the preparation and conduct of armed struggle with the problem of raw materials of mineral origin or their processing products.
