Tražitelji Boga
Tommy Tenney encourages a personal pursuit of God’s presence through prayer and renewed faith, placing a deep longing for closeness with God at the heart of Christian life.
Tražitelji Boga (The God Chasers) by Tommy Tenney explores the longing for a personal encounter with God. Its subtitle, My Soul Follows Hard After Thee, expresses its central theme: faith inspired by a deep desire for God’s presence.
Through biblical examples, personal experiences and devotional reflections, the author calls readers to prayer, repentance and commitment. He emphasises seeking God himself, rather than only his gifts and blessings, and considers what it means to embrace spiritual renewal.
The book centres on intimacy with God, humility and a willingness to change inwardly. Tenney encourages readers to examine established habits and expectations that may overshadow a living, personal faith.
Written from a charismatic Christian perspective, it is intended for readers wishing to deepen their prayer life and reflect on their relationship with God. It can inspire individual reading and discussion within a faith community.
