Claudio Nizzi
Claudio Nizzi (rođen 1938. u Sijeni) jedan je od najplodnijih i najutjecajnijih talijanskih strip-scenarista, posebno poznat po svom radu na serijalu Tex Willer, gdje je ostavio dubok trag kao nasljednik Gianluigija Bonellija. Svojom je naracijom oblikovao cijelu generaciju ljubitelja vesterna.
Stripom se počeo baviti 1963. godine, a već 1969. pridružuje se izdavačkoj kući Sergio Bonelli Editore. U početku piše za serijale poput "Alan Mistero" i "Larry Yuma", ali širu popularnost stječe serijalom Nick Raider, prvim pravim kriminalističkim stripom Bonelli kuće, čiji je tvorac i glavni scenarist.
Njegova karijera doživljava vrhunac kada 1981. počinje pisati za Texa, preuzimajući ključnu ulogu u razvoju serijala nakon smrti Bonellija starijeg. Njegove priče odlikuju se klasičnim vestern okruženjem, snažnim moralnim temama i čvrstom naracijom, a zaslužan je za niz kultnih epizoda koje se i danas smatraju vrhuncima serijala. Uveo je i brojne nove likove, čime je dodatno obogatio Texov svijet.
Nizzi je majstor jednostavne, ali učinkovite proze, s jasnom strukturom i izraženim osjećajem za ritam pripovijedanja. Njegov doprinos talijanskom stripu ostaje neprocjenjiv.
