Vlatko Šarić

V. Šarić (1898 – 1986) war ein ausgebildeter Ingenieur, aber vor allem war er unser hervorragender Übersetzer, er übersetzte mehr als 150 Bücher. Er schrieb viele Geschichten aus der Tierwelt, die als Geschichtensammlungen veröffentlicht wurden.

Das sind wahre Geschichten über Tiere. Als begeisterter Jäger hatte der Autor die Gelegenheit, Tiere aus nächster Nähe zu beobachten und ihre Lebensweise kennenzulernen. So entstanden ungewöhnlich herzliche Geschichten über weiße Riesenschwäne, Rogan, über einen wunderschönen Steinbock und viele andere in diesem Buch.
