Razumljivo je postojanje različitih mentaliteta na malom prostoru i u malom narodu kakav je hrvatski te da su oni često međusobno proturječni i sukobljeni. Autor otkriva fenomen naših mentaliteta koji su kočnica u razvoju najboljih ljudskih resursa. Popularno i duhovito pisana, knjiga razotkriva naše emocionalne, moralne, socijalne, ... i druge slabosti i u njima traži korijene naših ekonomskih, političkih i tehnoloških problema.
