Omiš is a city in Croatia, located in Split-Dalmatia County. It is a historical city that has a continuity of existence from antiquity to the present day. It is the center of the Omis coast, and a very popular tourist town.

Omiš is a city in the heart of Dalmatia, at the mouth of the Cetina River. It is located 21 kilometers southeast of the largest Dalmatian city of Split, on the D8 State Road. The area of ​​the City of Omiš occupies 266.20 km2 and stretches from Duće in the west to Brel in the east. It borders the municipalities of Dugi Rat, Dugopolje, Trilj, Cista Provo, Šestanovac, Zadvarje and Brela and the city of Split.

Sinai is a district of Omiš located along the west bank of the river Cetina, all the way to its confluence with the Adriatic Sea.
