Kriminalistička taktika
The book is also intended for all those who touch or are interested in criminalistics in their professional work or scientific training.
The book "Criminal Tactics", with its contents, follows the course of the same name intended for students of criminology and security, and for the purpose of acquiring knowledge in the field of "Criminal Tactics", and professional training for the performance of those jobs that enter the broader framework of the criminal profession. The teaching material is presented in accordance with the principle from general to individual, so that students can more easily understand the specifics in the programs of other criminal disciplines. This methodological approach is justified by the trichotomous division of criminology, as well as its other branches, which also have a theoretical basis, considering that the mentioned divisions enable its systematic and fundamental study. At the same time, there are no grounds for prioritizing any branch of criminology because they are interconnected and coordinated programmatically. After all, these divisions of criminology into branches, although methodologically justified, have more theoretical and didactic than practical significance, which is particularly emphasized in the book, that is, the material is presented in accordance with the needs of practice in which the details are condensed into a unique practical whole. The content of the book "Criminal Tactics" is directed towards the prevention and detection of criminal acts, securing evidence, material and personal, with an effort to connect and harmonize the norms of the Criminal Procedure Act with criminal procedure in all stages of the procedure. In addition to the positive legal regulations and the literature listed, the author's experience was also used, knowledge obtained by studying operational materials, in direct contact with authorized officials and other citizens, as well as during work at higher education institutions. The book should help students acquire the necessary knowledge and train them to work on discovering, clarifying and proving criminal offenses. We are aware of the fact that this book may have certain shortcomings, but we will be grateful to anyone who sends us their well-intentioned remarks, so that they will be taken into account in future editions. Of course, the most favorite grade will still be the grade of the students.
