Doživljaji Nikoletine Bursaća

Doživljaji Nikoletine Bursaća

Branko Ćopić

"The Experiences of Nikoletina Bursać" is a collection of short stories by Branka Ćopić about the national hero, brave partisan Nikoletina Bursać.

The story is set during the Second World War, when Nikoletina and his friends fought against the fascists, trying to defend their region and homeland. This collection is constructed as a series of separate thematic short stories, which together form a collection of stories about the heroism and military life of Nikoletina Bursać. Although each story has its own theme and complete composition, and as such can stand alone, the stories can also be read as chapters of a novel, because only together they give us a complete picture of Nikoletina himself, his warfare and partisan, military life in general.
