Jevgenij Zamjatin

Zamyatin's novel "We", written back in 1921, is an expression of the author's disillusionment with socialist ideas and a kind of rebellion against military communism in the USSR.

Ali, zanimljivo, roman je in danas itekako current and poticajan za razmišljanje. Društvo protiv kojega je usmjerena autorovova kritika potpuno je matematizirano, racionalizirano, lišeno “duše”, pa su tako čak and likovi označeni brojevima, postali su “numere”.
