Zamjatinovs Roman „Mi“, geboren 1921. Godine, der Autor, war ein sozialistischer Autor, der sich mit der Idee beschäftigte, die Gemeinschaft in der SSSR zu schützen.

Aber interessanterweise ist der Roman auch heute noch sehr aktuell und regt zum Nachdenken an. Die Gesellschaft, gegen die sich die Kritik des Autors richtet, ist völlig mathematisiert, rationalisiert, ihrer „Seele“ beraubt, sodass sogar die Charaktere mit Zahlen gekennzeichnet sind, sie sind zu „Zahlen“ geworden.
