Za sud istorije: O Staljinu i staljinizmu

Za sud istorije: O Staljinu i staljinizmu

Roj Medvedev

The book that stirred up the world public, translated into 14 languages, is used as a textbook at American universities, the first translation into Serbian.

The first part of Roy Medvedev's book Za sud istorije was published in Russia in 1990, and the final version was published only in 2002 in Moscow. Was Stalin crazy? And the author wondered, as soon as he offers medical explanations of two known diagnoses. Was Stalin a spy for the imperial police? Why did he behead the army before the war? Where and why did he hide when the Germans attacked? Bukharin's dying letters and Tito's letter to Stalin (1948) were found in a desk drawer after Stalin's death. Is that possible? The author answered all the questions.
