This book is a collection of authentic minutes from 31 sessions of the Paris Commune in 1871 — the unique revolutionary movement of the working class that briefly seized power in Paris.
The collection is an extremely valuable historical document because it gives a direct insight into the internal functioning of the Commune, the thoughts of its members, political discussions, as well as the daily challenges in the attempt to build a new government of the people.
