Agresija na Republiku Bosnu i Hercegovinu: Planiranje, priprema, izvođenje
The book presents the most comprehensive documentary account of the planning, preparation and execution of the aggression against the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina from 1992 to 1995. It is based on original documents from the VRS, the RS Ministry of
Key theses of the book:
- The aggression was planned since 1990 ("RAM" plan, six variants of strategic goals of Serbs in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Karadžić's instructions for taking over power in municipalities).
- By May 1992, the JNA had mobilized and armed the Serbian population, placed artillery around cities, and carried out ethnic cleansing in eastern Bosnia as early as April.
- The VRS was created by directly renaming and reorganizing the JNA (70–80% of personnel and equipment).
- Systematic crimes (camps, mass executions, rapes) were an integral part of the plan, not "excesses".
- The book provides Karadžić-Mladić-Krajišnik transcripts, orders for the sieges of Sarajevo and Srebrenica, and evidence of the participation of Serbia and Croatia in different phases.
A valuable documented source for understanding the aggression as an organized state project, not a "civil war". It is used as evidence at the Hague Tribunal.
The book consists of two volumes.
