S političarima u četiri oka

S političarima u četiri oka

Branko Tuđen

The author, journalist and editor, follows the events of the second half of the 1980s, the breakup of Yugoslavia and the fight for Croatian independence in his diary entries.

Tuđen met with key politicians of the past in various ways, coordinated and created newspaper reports, and in one chapter he specifically dedicates himself to the editorial policy of "Večernji list". The book acts as a collage in which encounters, conversations, opinions, especially parallels of the characters, political methods and tactics of individual leaders and other figures, sometimes from different historical periods (e.g. Tuđman - Tito), are intertwined.
