Rad na likovnom odgoju djece i mladeži : priručnik za likovno odgajanje u školi i obitelji
The book Work on the Art Education of Children and Youth by Viktor Himelrajh (2018 edition as a reprint of a professional manual) deals with the methodology of art education and the development of children's artistic expression in educational work.
The author explains how to gradually introduce children and young people to art through drawing, painting, modeling and observing the visual world. The emphasis is on the development of creativity, imagination and aesthetic experience, and not only on technical skill. He especially emphasizes that the teacher should encourage children's free expression, without imposing ready-made solutions, and adapt art tasks to the age and abilities of the students. The book is a practical pedagogical manual intended for art teachers, educators and everyone who works with children in the field of artistic expression.
