Vruće igre

Parni Valjak

Hot Games is the fifth studio album by Parni valjak, released on audio cassette in 1980. It features the band's more mature rock sound, a blend of energetic songs and emotional ballads, and hits such as "Javi se", "Neda" and the title track.

Vruće igre is the fifth studio album by the Zagreb band Parni valjak, released in 1980, and this release is available in audio cassette format. The album represents an important milestone in the development of the band, which, after earlier hard rock influences, is further approaching the recognizable blend of rock energy, melodic arrangements and emotional ballads that will make it one of the most popular bands on the domestic music scene.

The album contains 12 songs, among which stand out Kada noć umeša prste u grad, Još jedna o 'Hrastu', Ona je tako prokleto mlada, Javi se, Hvala ti, Neda, Vruće igre and Samo sječanja. Of particular interest is the song Kad Miki kaže da se boji, the author's work of Branimir Johnny Štulić, which further connects the album to the Zagreb and Yugoslav rock scene of the time.

The album was recorded in the Milan studio General Recording Sound, with the production of Tinija Varga, and the line-up with Aki Rahimovski, Hus Hasanefendić, Ratko Milošev Ras, Srećko Kukurić and Paolo Sfeci.

Vruće igre is one of the key albums from the early period of Steamroller, and the audio cassette represents an authentic release from the time of the greatest rise of rock culture in the eighties.
