Planetarna pojava gobalnog zagrijavanja i što u vezi s njom možemo poduzeti. Ponekad će nam se možda učiniti da se klimatska kriza odvija polagano, no zapravo je riječ o vrlo ubrzanoj pojavi – razlogu za pravu planetarnu uzbunu. Kineski izraz za krizu simboliziraju dva znaka. Prvi simbol znači opasnost, a drugi priiiku. Kako bismo se odvažno suočili s opasnošću koja je pred nama, prvo moramo priznati da smo u kriznoj situaciji. Tek onda kad nas okolnosti prisile da odbacimo sitničavost i nevažne sukobe koji toliko često guše neumornu čovjekovu potrebu zatranscendentnim, dobit ćemo priiiku da se uzdignemo i ispunimo zadaću. Zašto onda stječemo dojam da naši vođe ne čuju gromoglasna upozorenja? Opiru li se istini jer znaju da će se, čim priznaju da postoji, suočiti s moralnim imperativom i da će morati nešto poduzeti? Je li jednostavno ugodnije zanemariti sva upozorenja?Moguće, no neugodna istina neće nestati samo zato stoje netko ne vidi. Štoviše, kad na takve stvari ne reagiramo, opasnost se neće smanjiti, nego samo povećati.
