Psmith, Journalist is a humorous novel by P. G. Wodehouse, first published in 1915. The novel combines the author's distinctive British humor with elements of adventure, and follows the adventures of young Psmith, who briefly works as a journalist.

Psmith, an intelligent and resourceful young man with a distinctive style and manner of speaking, accompanies his friend Mike to New York. While in the big city, Psmith takes over the editorship of the newspaper Cosy Moments, known for its trivial and sentimental topics. However, his arrival brings a complete turn in the editorial policy.

Psmith decides to use the newspaper to expose crime and corruption in society. His main target becomes a gang that terrorizes the local community. In his efforts, he faces dangers, but overcomes them with his ingenuity, charm and fearless approach.

The novel abounds in funny dialogues, absurd situations and witty comments on social phenomena. Throughout the story, Psmith shows himself to be a fearless fighter for justice, although always with a touch of irony and sophisticated humor.
