Autistično dijete

Autistično dijete

Staniša Nikolić

The content of this book is gathered around two basic thematic units. The first part provides a historical overview of scientific thought about autism as a model of children's psychosis. With the author's special interest in the way in which this issue is placed in the contemporary and polemical relationship of the various disciplines involved. The second part of the book is an authentic - experiential record of two doctors - parents about an autistic girl written in the form of a diary, which is a rare work in scientific literature in our country. It should also be pointed out that the book, with its multidisciplinary structure and documentary-diary method of telling, is an attempt to offer useful information about the problem of childhood autism to the widest circle of interested parties, especially parents and metal health experts. It is also an attempt to understand autism as an enigma to which current science has not yet found the right answer.
