Brodel Muse is a brilliant anthology of French erotic and pornographic poetry composed and sung by Danilo Kiš. Illustrated with outstanding graphics by Aubrey Beardsley.

In this book, the reader will find erotic verses by almost all great French poets. "The living spring of the city's spirit - Kish writes in the preface about French erotic poetry - like a sinkhole sometimes bursts out, sometimes hides underground, suppressed by puritanism, hypocrisy or academic prohibition, only to then erupt again like a geyser, at least in the form of a bar couplet or a cabaret of singing in the songs of the great chansonners."
