The book "The Lost Battle of Josif Visarionovich Stalin", by Vladimir Dedier, deals with a key period in Stalin's life, focusing on his last years, especially from 1948 to his death in 1953.

This work offers a critical look at Stalin's policies and management methods, and presents a complex portrait of one of the most influential and infamous leaders of the 20th century.
