The main character comes to an environment where violence, greed, and conflicts between people reign, and gradually becomes involved in the fight against injustice.
The plot depicts the difficult life in the Wild West, marked by dangers, conflicts and a constant struggle for survival. The hero is depicted as a strong, but also internally restless man who tries to remain true to his own moral principles. The novel is not only an adventure story but also a reflection on honor, freedom and loneliness of man. The author describes vast landscapes, the atmosphere of the prairie and the tense relationship between law and lawlessness.
