Friedrich Schiller

Two brothers, at odds with the plot of a younger, corrupt and deceitful creature, is a theme that is already known in the foundations of many literary works.

But on such an almost banal starting point, when the younger brother slanders the older one in front of his father for being a thief (and this is an ordinary student crime) and causes his curse on his former pet, Schiller will in his further dramaturgical development make strong strokes of his sometimes hard-to-tame pen towards portraying such characters. which, with its titanic features, will seem almost extraterrestrial at times.
