Zagor LU #352: Predskazanje

Predskazanje opens a new vampire adventure that confronts Zagor with a threat rooted in his past. Disturbing sights unsettle the familiar world of Darkwood: a castle emerges from marshland mist, gravestones bear his friends’ names, and a menacing cloaked figure suggests that an old enemy may be active again.

A troubling message from Europe strengthens his fear that Baron Rakosi has returned. The search for answers points towards Bergville, the setting of their earlier confrontation. The past becomes a warning of renewed danger, leaving Zagor to interpret signs whose meaning is far from reassuring.

Jacopo Rauch builds suspense through ominous suggestions, bringing Gothic horror into the series’ adventure setting. Previous experience with the vampire offers little comfort: knowing his adversary makes Zagor more aware of what another encounter could cost. Fear for his friends and the return of an old nightmare give the story a personal dimension.

Raffaele Della Monica’s artwork shapes the passage from wilderness adventure into a world of foreboding and supernatural menace. This opening instalment continues in Londonske noći and ultimately concludes in Vampirov dvorac.
