Tajne zanata

Pavao Pavličić

Simply and without mystification, Pavličić reveals the secrets of his craft, which, revealed in this way, will perhaps help some to try their hand at writing.

With more than 100 books written and who knows how many literary meetings held, Pavao Pavličić decided to transfer his dialogue with readers into a written text and reveal the secrets of his writing craft and skill, not expecting that to be the end of the dialogue, in fact wanting to continue it, but also to leave the book for all those who will not have the opportunity to ask him something about his writing. The text is organized in the form of three literary meetings, the ones he attended the most: in elementary school, in high school, and when he was invited to visit students at a writing school. Pavličić interestingly and humorously explains how and why he writes, but also touches on more complex topics such as engagement, the social role of literature, and the like. The author also writes about his productivity and its reasons, about his own understanding of the literary work, as well as everything that goes with it.
