A serial killer has been terrorizing southern England for months by kidnapping, raping and brutally murdering innocent victims, mostly teenagers.
Driven by an unerring instinct possessed only by specially gifted detectives, Mark Heckenburg tracks down the Savage brothers, whom he is sure are cold-blooded killers who spread fear and death.
