Žrtvovani

Paul Finch

A serial killer has been terrorizing southern England for months by kidnapping, raping and brutally murdering innocent victims, mostly teenagers.

Driven by an unerring instinct possessed only by specially gifted detectives, Mark Heckenburg tracks down the Savage brothers, whom he is sure are cold-blooded killers who spread fear and death. On his own initiative, he starts a swift police action and in a wild chase, the brothers die on the highway. All the evidence indicates that the real perpetrators of terrible crimes were killed, but all the eyes of the public are on the police, wanting to know all the details of the investigation. And just when it seems that the nightmare is over and that everyone can finally breathe a sigh of relief, a young couple is brutally murdered on Valentine's night, and three people are found nailed to crosses along the highway...
