This book consists of two parts: The Linguistics and the Advisor.

A lexicographer (a coinage by Dragutin Parčić) is an interpreter of obscure and new words (new coinages). A counselor (my coinage, I.B.Š.) is a book of (linguistic) advice and is different from a counselor, a person who advises, gives advice. Referring to (new) coinages and to numerous renewed Croatian words, the title itself is significant. Since this significance is recognizable in both the lexicographer and the counselor, the connection between these two parts seems logical. They are intended for those who use language not only as a means of communication, but also as a means of expression.
