Pozaić begins the book with a review of medical facts about AIDS – the causative agent (the HIV virus), the modes of transmission, the symptoms of the disease, and the treatment options at the time (which were very limited).
Written in simple language, the work had the goal of demystifying computers and bringing them closer to beginners - students, workers, hobbyists, and everyone who was encountering this new field for the first time.
