The specificity of this cookbook is that the meals are based on fruits that are available in the spring and are characteristic of our climate.
The "Family Meal" cookbook is based on the tradition of local cuisine and the experiences of its authors: teacher Božica Mirić and caterer Draga Vukušić, owner of one of the most successful restaurants in Zagreb - and, of course, family meals by both authors. Dishes and foods comply with the principles of healthy and proper nutrition, and each dish is indicated with its energy value and preparation time.
