Život kao igra
The manual in which the author, a professor of management, through a series of different mental models, created on the basis of his own experience in business and social life, offers answers to a series of questions that every businessman asks himself.
This book was written primarily for the sake of my four children. I tried to be present in their upbringing, loving them, playing with them, making up bedtime stories, supporting, guiding, helping them to grow up and find their place under the sun. At some stage in my life, each of them asked me a question that I didn't know how to answer: Why do we live? What is the meaning of our existence? I could comfort them with religious ideas, quote philosophers, throw in the phrases of street wise men. But I'm an agnostic, I consider philosophy an incomprehensible interpretation of unsolvable problems and I don't trust those who think they know everything. The best I could do was tell them the cartoon in which Professor Baltazar, wanting to help a young fellow citizen, "squeezes" the book of his life's success from his magical automaton.
