The fifth edition of the textbook on negotiation, that is, on the controlled communication process, which aims to resolve the conflict of interests of the various negotiating parties.
Through twenty chapters, the basics of negotiation, sub-processes of negotiation, context, individual differences, how negotiation works in different cultures, how to overcome disagreements and at the very end the author's recommendations and advice to future negotiators are explained in detail. All chapters, along with a theoretical presentation of the issue, also offer examples from practice related to the dynamics of negotiation, and also contain the latest research results and a current list of literature in this area.
