The book is a classic textbook of Croatian civil procedural law, based on the Civil Procedure Act (CPA). Structured in five main parts, it covers both general and special procedural law. Sixth, revised and supplemented edition.

The book is used in higher legal education, especially at the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb.

  • Course of proceedings: First-instance proceedings (preparatory hearing, main hearing); suspension and renewal; termination (judgment, decision, settlement); finality; legal remedies (appeal, revision, extraordinary: retrial, protection of legality).
  • Special proceedings: Conditional, protective, expedited, executive; international aspects.
