Sarajevski eseji: politika, ideologija i tradicija

Sarajevski eseji: politika, ideologija i tradicija

Rusmir Mahmutćehajić

What is possible to do in the face of the mystery of trust as a mediated relationship between people and the unknown of confidence as the dark content of freedom and the interactions of people?

Bosnia is not just a phenomenon that stems from the totality of European durations. It is at the same time the clarity and the puzzle of the modern legacy of tradition in the encounter with liberalism and secularism, which are offered as a solution to questions about the future. In its split into two languages, one of tradition and the other of liberalism, it became a tragic symbol of the defeat and disintegration of communist ideology and the conquering campaign of liberalism, but not as a stage for a debate about the doomed relationship between the two sides that arose from the same beginning. A war was waged against her. It contains all the sad and painful experiences of Europe: killing and persecution, humiliation and destruction, ignorance and deception.
