A practical guide describing all the main paths leading to enlightenment. The book is divided into seven chapters. The first part is an introduction and help in choosing a path, and then the main paths of yoga are described: jnana, bhakti, karma, raja, laya, but also different methods of awakening kundalini, including tantra. The description and understanding of the ways of yoga are the result of the author's direct experience, which he gained since his early boyhood days practicing all the disciplines of yoga. Born in 1925 in northern India, he describes himself as a messenger who transmits the wisdom of the Himalayan sages.

Every human being has a unique quality, and every seeker is gifted with something special and exceptional. Everyone is unique in their own special way. After achieving this exceptional quality, a person can follow the path and not waste time and energy on window shopping and shopping at the spiritual market. By becoming aware of natural inclinations and talents, we can choose and practice the path that is most suitable and adapted to our own inclinations and situation.
