In the first book, which is part of the trilogy about the Moon, all astrological aspects of the Moon are described, the connection between the Moon and nature and consequently the Moon and health is explained, with a series of rules and advice on how to make the best use of its impulses. All the rules are actually collected old knowledge and experiences of the European heritage.
