This romance novel is simple, naive and pure. While walking with children and a dog, along the seashore, a naval officer finds a boy in a deep unconsciousness.
He is accepted by his family, adopted, loved and raised as his own child. The adopted son is also loved by the new brother and sister. A new plot begins with the death of the parents. The sister is forced to work as a governess in a very rich noble, English family. There she discovers the true origin of the found adopted brother, discovers the secret of his disappearance, and after an exciting denouement becomes the young lord's beloved wife.
