The prose part consists of the devotion of the Stations of the Cross itself - liturgically measured, content-rich and literaryly picturesque, with an emphasis on reality and emotion. The author presents a short reflection and an appropriate prayer for each station. As Drago Šimundža pointed out in the afterword, "the author is aware of the Paschal mystery and the reality of grace, the concrete reality and its practical meaning in our work and life. In this light, he is carried away by faith and stylistically expressive. His emphasis is on Calvary scenes and deep reflection on the passion of Christ and our salvation. In both versions, his poetic inspiration spontaneously overflows into the relief of the subject and poetic sensitivity. In this atmosphere, he has a contemplative and stimulating effect."
