Istina je u prirodi
The work combines medical, psychological and philosophical thinking and criticizes modern man's distance from the natural way of life.
The main idea of the book is that man damages his own physical and mental health when he lives contrary to nature. Gruden believes that the modern way of life — stress, excessive urbanization, materialism and alienation — leads to psychological and physical problems. The author advocates a return to a simpler and more natural life, a greater connection with nature, moderation and inner balance. Man must take responsibility for his own health and lifestyle, instead of expecting all the solutions from medicine or society.
