In the first part of the book, Ivica Radoš tells the life story of the hero from Medjugorje.

His tennis beginnings are told by his parents, brothers and closest friends. Sociologist Slaven Letica wrote an essay about the “World Wonder from Medjugorje”, covering all aspects of his life path and rise in the tennis world. Journalist Anton Filić, who followed Marin throughout his career, tells the story of the coaches who integrated their knowledge into Čilić’s career and led him to win the US Open. The book also contains stories of witnesses to winning the title from New York, and how they experienced Čilić’s success is written in the book by Mayor Milan Bandić, Milan Ivkošić, Nino Raspudić, Ivan Aralica, Antun Vrdoljak, Cardinal Vinko Puljić, President of the Croatian Tennis Association Franjo Luković, President of the Croatian Tennis Association Zlatko Mateša and numerous other famous people.
