The book is specially adapted to the use of winter storage and meat products prepared for the winter. Dishes and foodstuffs comply with the principles of healthy and proper nutrition, and each dish is indicated with its energy value and preparation time.
The cookbook "Family Meal — Winter" is based on the tradition of local cuisine and the experiences of its authors: teacher Božica Mirić and caterer Draga Vukušić, owner of one of the most successful restaurants in Zagreb - and, of course, family meals by both authors. The recipes contain ingredients that can be obtained from our gardens, markets and shops, and the dishes are accessible to everyone and will satisfy everyone's taste.
